Toshiba, as with most vendors, does not make its own
laptops and therefore they change from moment to moment,
hour to hour.

Selecting a laptop is a very time sensitive thing.  Find the one
that works well and buy it RIGHT NOW.... if you wait, the
next model could well be total garbage.
