[NTLUG:Discuss] Dial up connection

I am trying to connect to the net using my dialup connection so that I
can scan my lan and see how secure it is (or not) and I can not get it
to work.I have used this setup with a different ISP with no problems,
but it has been a really long time since I have "dialed up". The
following is what I am getting, I go to /var/log/messages and there is
nothing in there that is telling me what is wrong, unless I am missing
it. Does anyone know what may be happening here? Is there somewhere I
can go to see what the error 19 is? Thanks in advance.
