[NTLUG:Discuss] a little different problem?

My original post was because I could not get ftp to work right with my
iptable script. I could login to a public server, but I could not see any
folders. It was recommended to use the attached script. I now can login,
and retrieve files great, but trying to put files on the server is painfuly
slow and never does complete. Any ideas how to correct this?
