[NTLUG:Discuss] adding CDRW

I knew I needed to run the MAKEDEV script. But I didn't know what
parameters to pass to it. I thought it needed the number of the device
but I didn't know how to figure out which number to use. I tried to run
it with the device number of my drive but it gav me an error. When I
looked at /dev again I noticed that it also made scd0 and it was linked
the right SCSI ID. So, I guess I didn't need the drive number. Just let
MAKEDEV figure it out.
