You shouldn't have any problems if you have lilo install on your root
partition rather than on the mbr.
The linux mbr, and dos mbr will both boot the partition that is marked
as active, so if you want to change which bootloader gets used, all you
need to do is toggle the active flag off on the linux root, and on on
the NT system partions and vice versa. If you do it this way it doesn't
matter which order you install them in.
