If you already have Windows NT or Win2K already loaded
you could you use ntlder (windows NT boot manager). I
have this type of configuration with my laptop...the
setup IMHO is trivial and I have not had any problems
with it. The following site will help you set up your
box:

Be sure to install lilo or grub to the partition where
Linux lives (/) not the MBR. You will need the rescue
floppy for Linux to create a file (boot record image)
to put in the windows C:\  ...and finally, edit Win
NT's boot.ini file so that ntldr can boot to Linux.
