Just a word of warning.

Don't forget to copy the bootsector across to NT again anytime you
update your kernel, or rerun lilo.

Also, be carfull. I have nuked ntfs filesystems mounted rw and had to
re-install NT.

You are probably better off just using lilo or grub to boot both
systems.
