[NTLUG:Discuss] Updating accounts accross two computers.

Greetings.

I have two computers, a laptop and a workstation, in which I want to keep my personal account synchronized.  Basically, if I make any changes to a
file on one system, I would like for that change to be transferred to the other computer the next time they are both on the same network, or
otherwise able to talk to each other.

I was wondering if rsync would do the job?   And what would be the best options to use? (I am thinking running it on the laptop with the options
-vlRrtP).
