  I would remove (rpm -e sendmail) and then reinstall (rpm -i
sendmail*.rpm) the sendmail.
 
  Get the UPDATED sendmail from the ftp.redhat.com site.  It fixes some
security problems.  Note that the location of some files has moved with
the updated program. I think that /etc/sendmail.cw changed its name and
moved into /etc/mail.
