Maybe the section titled "How do I create a service directory?"
I don't mean to sound pedantic here, but then again, maybe I'm not so sure I know
what you're asking. djb doesn't exactly write help files for the masses; you
sometime have to dig to find exactly what you're looking for. He only mentions
things one time, in their proper place. Miss it, and you'll be fruitlessly combing
his site well into the dawn.
A suggestion: Install djbdns for a good example of how the dnscache service
directory is set up. When I set up a new service, I just copy this service
directory and then make the appropriate changes, which are usually pretty obvious.
