I use Online Today.  They are linux friendly (don't know if they officially 
support it, but they did give me DNS numbers after I said 'I use Linux." )

If you know how to do your own internet settings, their basic plan is ok 
(10.35 a month after tax.) It comes with unlimited hours and thruput, but not 
with 24 hour support.  I've been with them 6 months, and all the issues have 
been with a noisy phone line on my end. 

They have higher priced plans that include bells like national phone numbers, 
email can selectively bounce to your wireless device, etc..
