I *said* "Linux-specific Google" - not "google specific Linux".  :-)

The www.google.com/linux URL is a specialised version of the Google
search engine that's specially tuned for searching on Linux issues.
There are a couple of other specialised Google's - (eg www.google.com/mac
for Mac users).
