[NTLUG:Discuss] WVDial/Multiple Phone Numbers

You can define ppp0, ppp1, ... for as many ISPs and phone numbers as you
need.  Then, in a script, cycle through them with ifup ( e.g. ifup ppp0 ),
checking the status ($?) as you go.
