  The last version of the Windows EULA forbids this.  You can run XWindows
on your pc quite well now: http://www.cygwin.com/xfree/

  This program works _very_ well.  It is appropriate to me to use the less
powerful operating system as an XWindows SERVER, and allow the real
computing to those that can. <grin>
