So, after reading about XP, why would anyone want it? The license agreement
sucks, the system is affectionately known as spyware and the browser sends all
surfing data to Redmond (by default). I just ordered a puter for a client and
specifically ordered "NOT XP" for those reasons. He wanted Windows, so that is
what he got, but not XP. If the vendor app would run under Linux, that is what
he would have gotten.
