  thanks!  However, area code maps are everywhere.  

  The bottom part of 817 area code can't call the top part of 817 area
code.  IE: Burleson can't call Denton.

  It is not as much fun to find out at the last second I have to make a
toll call.  I'd rather know before hand.

  I appreciate all the responses.  I don't think such a creature exists.
