Please stop all the off topic posts.

This is not the place to ask about calling maps, bashing MS or states or
any .gov, please keep that in mind.  This is to discuss Linux and things
directly related to Linux  (I am not looking to discuss what is and is
not on topic either, if you want to know my opinion on a subject matter,
email me _off_list_).  If nothing else, reply to the OT posts of list,
directly to the poster, to keep this down to a minimum.

I know the list traffic is low, but most people like the usual signal to
noise ratio (mostly signal, interesting and on topic).  In the past 24
hours, it has been more noise than signal, let's see if we can cut back.
