I've bought a SCSI host adaptor at MicroCenter a couple of years ago.  You 
might call them and see if they still deal in SCSI devices.

Otherwise, there are probably a number of places you could order from, and if 
you order first thing in the morning and with FedEX, you could have them early 
Tue morning.
