[NTLUG:Discuss] Frys

Been to Frys 4 times. First 2 were with a nephew... drove all the way from n.
of Denton to I-20 in Arlington to get those "deals" for him. He ended up
driving all the way back, both times, to return the crap they had sold him. 

Number 3 was to get some m.o. media and they were the only place that had it.
Got there, picked up the $20 of stuff and then found out that the checkout line
snaked around the store like a conga line. I cut in line and still had to wait
almost 30 minutes to get to one of the 50, yes 50, registers that were open and
running, Jeeez.... and the sad part was that the returns line was almost as
long.

#4, and last, time was when I worked in Richardson a couple years ago and had
to have a sound card, so I ran over there at lunch. Got in, got out, (surprise)
and later found that the card was ok. More surprise. I figured that I had
better not push my luck any more, so I haven't been back. I can buy better
stuff that gets delivered to my door at a cheaper price and less hassle by
buying it off the 'net. Screw Frys.
