Well... I guess that would be me. I do try to get a descent mix where
possible, but it really depends on my ability to coerce...uh.. I mean
coax someone into doing a presentation. :-)

Yep. Always looking for a few good presenters (actually I'll take
as many as I can get!).

Yes... these are good-ole regulars... probably the most popular repeating
presentations. I'm willing to do one on samba (if no one else
volunteers.... I'd actually like to do one on using pam_smb_auth as
a way of unifying passwords on a mixed network).
I would love to see someone do a presentation on a reasonable front-end
to iptables (one that makes using iptables fairly easy... yet still allows
some complex tasks to be done). Right now, the biggest problem I have
with iptables is just understanding the protocols so I know how to
write the rules.... very confusing. Would be nice if someone had a
step by step for each complex protocol describing (over a set of time
based examples) the buiding up of a set of rules for that protocol.
(definitely an advanced topic though)
Also... just because it's getting some attention in the list... I think
it is way past time for a sendmail presentation.... just zap me a note
(to volunteer of course!). (although it can be an advanced topic, seems
that more beginners are wanting to plunge into the world of running
services).
