[NTLUG:Discuss] HOWTO section of the web site

Yeah - I use dillo and sylpheed, but I figured it would be a good way to
meet local Linux folks.  I've yet to make a NTLUG meeting, but I am
planning to come in June.  I already added my email address to the list
on mozilla.org.
