[NTLUG:Discuss] wierd ethernet problems

I need some advice..

I have a box that is continually disapeering off the net.
I keep getting this error.

The box is pluged into a netopia R910 ethernet router. I never had these 
problems before t-speed installed this router.

I have forced the NIC into 10Mb half duplex at the suggestion of one of the 
techs...

Should I just swap the nic? Maybe go 3com?
