Is their a decent gui based scp client for win32?  I've poked around a 
little, and haven't found much that isn't alpha/beta quality.  Most of 
the people that know a thing or two would rather use scp instead of FTP, 
but sometimes it's not an option, either thru corporate dictate, or lack 
  of know-how on the userfront.

Um, what does telnet and r* services have to do with FTP?  I don't run 
telnet or r* stuff either.  Just ssh & ftp. :)
