do you want connections to come IN over both
lines or go OUT over both lines?

you ( generally ) can't just get two ISP connections
and start using them seamlessly.

What ISPs/Addresses will be assigned to each DSL
connection? Are they going to be part of the same
subnet or different subnets? Will anyone be doing
BGP to route to your machine via both DSL lines?
