As I recall, the Voodoo 3, as with most other TV output 
capable cards of that time, were only able to output 
640x480 (some capable of 800x600).  I would change your 
resolution to 640x480 and make sure it works, if it 
does, you can try 800x600, but the card may not support 
it.  I belive newer All-in-Wonder cards can go to at 
least 1024x768, but check the specs before you buy.  
Refresh rate should not effect TV output, as it is set 
by the converter.
