[NTLUG:Discuss] MySQL question

I used the GRANT command in the CLI, the perl script mysql_setpermission, and 
the Webmin interface.

I still get:
ERROR 1044: Access denied for user: '@localhost' to database '<databasename>'
when I try to use <databasename> as user reid.
