Well, a lot of these come bundled with KDE or GNOME - but which ones you
get when you install seems to depend a lot on which Linux distro you choose.

There are two ways you can find what you need...

   1) Go to the Linux-specific version of GOOGLE (http://www.google.com/linux)
      and just type in the name of the game.  I tried typing "Hearts" into the
      search box and found a download source in about 10 seconds flat.

      The Linux-specific version of Google is truly invaluable for looking for
      particular programs.  If you use the general version of Google, you get
      a lot more junk in your search results.

   2) Go to the Linux Game Tome (http://happypenguin.org) - it is a pretty
      comprehensive database of Linux games - with reviews, discussion boards,
      the whole works.  If you can't find what you want there - you are probably
      doomed.
