[NTLUG:Discuss] IMail equivalent for Linux

Does anyone know of an application similar to IMail (made by IPSwitch)
for the Linux (preferrably RH) platform? Low cost or free would be best.

The primary features of IMail that I'm after are:
1. Web based, self administered e-mail accounts (add/delete/modify)
2. Web based e-mail browsing (check e-mail using browser and not POP3)
3. Distribution list creation & maintenance.
