[NTLUG:Discuss] Getting to know wireless

Hey folks.  The learning' bug has bit me again and I've found a way to
scratch it.  I'd like to get some direction in studying up on wireless
protocols, particularly those used on LANs and WANs, and implementation
methodologies. I know very little about them past simple security and setup
on Windows networks...   I'd like to start by getting a good survey of the
state of things and then get deeper into protocol functionality,  etc by
reading some RFCs and some source.   
  So,  if any of you can point my eager mind in the right direction I'd
truly appreciate it!
