Not personally, but I do know that smtp servers on dialup lines get
blocked by a lot of the block lists since most of them are
mis-configured Windows boxes that are open relays, or in active use by
spammers.  All it takes is one spammer to have a whole netblock listed
if the netblock is dynamic IP.

BTW, DSL and Cable are dialups on some lists unless they are static IP.
