Not sure how XP would act but this is how I did when I had two drives in
my system.
Drive 1: Windows 98
Drive 2: RH linux 6.2 (on second IDE controller)
Installed RedHat as normal on drive 2 (hdc) and installed lilo on the
MBR of drive 1. Worked fine every time. I'm not sure how XP would
react if you did this, though.
