[NTLUG:Discuss] Export wav from mov?

Do any of you know of a command line utility that can extract/export the
pcm sound data in a quicktime mov file to a wav file?  Sox won't do it; it
doesn't know how to deal with the mov file format.  Quicktime4linux won't
do it without me writing my own app to call its library functions.  Any
other suggestions?

I had been using mjpegtools lav2wav, but it only supports 32000, 44100, and
48000 sampling rates.  Now I need to use 22050 sampling rate, which lav2wav
refuses to touch.
