Yes... there's a defrag for ext2/ext/minix/xiafs I believe.... but
in general, they are not needed. It's generally difficult to
get into a very fragmented state in Linux.... but alas, the
utilities do exist. I just wouldn't count on getting too
excited about the results after a "defrag".
Use rpmfind.net (assuming you are rpm based.... Debian as
a defrag package as well) and search for defrag.
There is no tool AFAIK for reiserfs (apart from backup/restore,
the universal defrag). There was a bug in reiserfs around
2.4.10/11 which caused a lot of fragmentation I believe on
big endian machines.
