[NTLUG:Discuss] umount: /mnt/cdrom/: device is busy

Many time I after mount and using a cdrom when I try to unmount I get an 
error message as in the subject.   

I closed all programs and navigators before umounting.  

How do I find out why it is busy?
How do I release the device so it will umount?
