One thing you could try is going to the manufacturer's website and looking
up the P/Ns of the memory to find out exactly what the vendor did sell you.

Anything's possible, however, I would think that it wouldn't see entire
sticks of memory, not that it would only see half of what's there.
It's more likely that you have incorrect memory for the MB. Either the
density is wrong so that the MB isn't addressing it, or the vendor sent you
64MB sticks.
