I would recommend DCLP, Dallas Computer Literacy Program.

A couple of years ago I donated literally a pickup truck load of used 
equipment, books, old software, and such to them.  They use it to train 
both hardware and software illiterate people, and its all tax deductable 
  since they are a charity.

They take old software and work with the manufacturer to re-license that 
copy to themselves, without affecting your current license.  Sometimes 
the manufacturer will even donate a new copy to them.
