Nopes. In Linux there are no problems with multiple NIC's. If the unnamed OS
which you are talking about is NT/2K, then i would like to tell you that we
are using an NT machine having 2 NIC's from last 3 years without any
problems at all.

I know under the (name omitted) OS there are some "driver" problems if 
you try to run two different NICs in the same (Intel) box.  Any problems 
like that in Linux, specifically RH 7.x?
