Not to my knowledge from within sendmail itself (although I could well 
be wrong).

I did find references to a program called em (Expire Mail), which is 
available from ftp.rohan.sdsu.edu /pub/unix/em.shar

It compiled quite easily on my RH 7.2 box and seems to be pretty 
straightforward.
