Don't get me wrong on this. This is just for the idea of putting
together a Charter type document. It would not be enforced in such a
way as to block messages with 'small' attachments (as it is now, we do
block any massage over 40K) or with HTML or RTF attachments/content.
The idea is what do I put in the Charter and whether or not I ask
people, once again, off list, to please disable HTML/RTF when sending to
the list and reminding people not to send attachments (there are still
free websites where you can put things such as this, and if you need a
host for an image/screenshot, contact me, I'll put it up on my site).
Thanks for all the input so far. This was not intended to start any
kind of religious argument, just wanted some feedback. I will put
together what we have discussed before and send it on for perusal.
