[NTLUG:Discuss] Linux and Citrix question

Currently we run Citrix Server on some MS boxes (140 users and growing), 
and we would like to consider moving that to Linux.
One requirement would be to keep the MS applications available to the 
Citrix Client connections, such as
- Oracle Applications
- TOAD
- Monarch
- Netscape
- stuff like that
So, what about one or more Linux/Citrix servers, and one or more 
MS/Applications servers (i.e., the user connects, either over our 
Intranet or through our dialup RAS, to the Linux/Citrix server(s) and 
the Linux/Citrix server publishes the MS applications from the 
MS/Application server(s))?

Is that possible?  Any experience, suggestion, thoughts, that you care 
to share would be appreciated.
