You know, I'm on AT&T too but what I do is use dynamic hosting so my
hostname remains the same even if my ip address changes from at&t..
something you might want to look into.  Ever since at&t took away my
static ip i've been mad, but this solution keeps me happy.. been doing
it for a couple months now
