YEs, this is how I had it set up on my xinerama workstation at work for
a while.
The guy sitting across from me on the NT workstation was only casual, so
when he wasn't there, I pulled his monitor next to my twin head display,
and connected to it with x2vnc (I set up a start/stop script like an
init.d script, and made some icons in gimp, and made 2 gnome panel
buttons on a sliding panel on that side, worked like a charm).
Sorry, I don't have the script, or the icons any more (I left them at
that job).
