I use mailfilter and in particular, I block (delete) messages
"Received:" from 204.50.7.195 (and several others).

Convert all of your friends to Linux... at the very least
destroy all MS Look-Out (those who say they can't because
of the "features" need to accept the fact that we will
be blocking any emails coming from them!!).

MSIE and Outlook are EXTREMELY hackable... as well as
most versions of Exchange in the field.  Today, even with
the lastest patches, I can easily run any arbitrary binary
with paraameters on 90% of all Windows clients... just by
getting them to browse to my website.

If you (not you.. but a global "M$ is god" you) do somehow
manage to configure Look-Out and/or Exploder to be "secure",
my guess is that you will lose all of the "features" that makes
those program more interesting than the alternatives.
