[NTLUG:Discuss] Public Key Encryption

I've just brought up Mozilla 1.2 and Enigmail 0.71.   A while back,
there was some talk of a
key signing party, and casting votes using public key signatures.  I've
missed a couple of
meetings, so I'm wondering what I've missed and what's still out in the
future.  Does NTLUG
run a keyserver, or do we recommend a particular public key server?

Can anyone enlighten me?  ( I need all of the "Enlightenment" I can get ;-)
