[NTLUG:Discuss] why does the web site cannot be 'see' from outside (internet)?

Hi all:
I have a problem to make the website be seen from outside (internet),
here are some facts:

The only change is the cable modem. after I change the cable modem,
I did call at&t to register the MAC address, and modified A record
on for that domain.

1. Ping, nslookup, and traceroute the domain are ok.
2. Firewall setting are the same as before, except change to public IP the 
coordinate
	the new ip. (it worked before change cable modem).
3. internal network works fine.

what could be wrong this problem?
the website just don't work (surf from outside, not from intranet).

I am wordering the problem on route table and /etc/resolv.conf

I add these two lines, don't knonw if it right, but still do not work:

192.168.1.0	    192.168.1.1     255.255.255.0   UG   0      0        0 eth1
(192.168.1.1 is dns server, firewall, router)


/etc/resolv.conf

domain ????.com
search host.????.com ????.com 12-237-xx-xx.client.attbi.com attbi.com
nameserver 127.0.0.1
nameserver ... (at&t assigned)
nameserver ... (at&t assigned)

I have 2 A record in named.???? file
@ IN 192.168.1.1
@ IN 12.237.xx.xx

have different domains with same ip on /etc/hosts

127.0.0.1 localhost localhost.domain
192.168.1.1  ????.com   host
129.168.1.2  ????1.com www.????1.com
129.168.1.2  ????2.com www.????2.com
129.168.1.2  ????3.com www.????2.com
...
