Everytime I"ve switched out CPU's or RAM, the machine has just rebooted
like nothing happened.

However if you've done something funky like compiling the kernel with
CPU-specific optimisations turned on - then it *may* not come up.

Since you are going from a celeron to another celeron - I don't see
how you could have problems.
