[NTLUG:Discuss] Video Card with Svideo

My Geforce 3 Ti200 does a great job of this in windoze. I, however, have
not tried the dual video out in Linux yet but I have read that it works just
as well after a couple of small changes to XF86Config. I do know that the
Geforce 3 OpenGL drivers direct from NVidia work quite well in Linux ..
better than windoze as a matter of fact ( I get about 10 more fps in Linux
than windoze in Unreal Tournament). :-)

I am looking for something I can hook up to my TV. Kind of like a DIY
tivo, but I want to do more than that. Like play some games and such.
I have a wireless mouse and keyboard and have been doing this on an old
card, but can only get black and white and have to reboot to switch from
monitor to svideo and back.

Dual headed would be best, so I don't have to change the resolution of
the monitor and can have the proper resolution for the svideo connection
to the TV.
