I have a vid capture card that I am playing with.  The box I am building
is going to be tivo-like as well as a gaming console.  So I would like
to have decent 3D support for the newer games.  I have a good part of it
working, but not 100%.  My main deal right now is the dual headed, so I
can create a simple interface for the TV to be able to choose games or
watch/record TV and still be able to really work on the box (using a
game controller or remote).

So from that the board you mentioned is good,but not the right fit. 
Though I may see if I can find one to play with anyway. ;)
