Not to belabor a point, but don't the applications provided constitutue "tools
provided"?
Anyway, I'm still new to Linux, even though the first time I used it was back
in 1994. I'm way behind on the learning curve, and I know that for some things
it's "easier" in Linux. However, a shell script is still, in my mind,
programming, and your averague luser wouldn't be able to do it.
The execution environment be damned, code is still code and requires the same
thought processes.
/me steps off his soap box and returns to the normal state of ignorance.
BTW, I'm also an MCP, one exam from his MCSD.
