Who is the "we" in "we're" you are referring to?

IBM?  Or the NTLUG?  Because I'm well aware that one is located in North
Texas.

Were you based in Greater London in October or were not enough people
responding when you originally posted this on NTLUG?  Or in a.s.p?  Or
comp.os.vms?
